UK pop-punkers Neck Deep announced that Fil Thorpe-Evans is parting ways with the band.
The band shared a statement from Thorpe-Evans on social media as to “leave no room for speculation and make it clear that this is a decision born of positivity, not negativity, with no ill feeling involved.”
He goes on to mention that he has a “long list” of goals in music, business, and family that he plans to achieve. He also says that he has been “working hard behind the scenes on new music projects in various pools of genres, writing and producing for myself and for other people.”
He ends the statement by stating his support for Neck Deep, their support for him, and provides encouragement for those to follow their dreams.
The announcement comes two days before Neck Deep are set to start their North American tour with Trophy Eyes, Stand Atlantic, WSTR and Gardenside.
